Brilliant. The Ukrainians are basically giving the Russians permission to hold their parade.
The Russians requested a ceasefire for the 8th and 9th. If they don’t honor this ceasefire starting on the 6th, then Ukraine won’t have to honor it either and the parade becomes a fair target.
I see this as Ukraine showcasing it’s power. The Russians won’t have their parade unless they agree to the Ukrainian demand.
